What is included in the Teepee packages?

Each package includes themed fabric Teepees or Canopies, single size air mattresses, protectors, sheet sets, decorative cushions and super soft blankets with the option of doona in the cooler months, all to match your chosen theme. Also breakfast trays or wooden crate boxes, lanterns, twinkling lights and a selection of styled decorations including bunting, garlands and rugs. Stock may change slightly depending on availability on the day.

Sleeping pillows are not provided, so we recommend everyone please bring their own.

How long is the hire period of the equipment?

With the full service set up rental can be up to 24hrs. Set up is usually the morning of or afternoon of your event and pick up the next day at a time that suits you once your guests have left. That way they can enjoy their Teepees for as long as possible. DIY rental is for 2 days.

Is delivery, set up and pack down included in the package?

Yes for the full service set up the delivery, styling, set up and collection is included in the price.

With the DIY option you will pick up and drop back the equipment to and from Robina, and have fun setting up and packing down the Teepees yourself.

Where is Teepee Whispers Located and where do you service?

Servicing the Central Gold Coast region only, delivering 30mins north and south from Robina. 

Units / Walk ups / Apartments with stairs and lifts additional fee of $100

Locations further than 30mins from Robina 4226 will have an additional service delivery fee.

How much space is required for a Teepee Whispers party?

Generally a standard 5 Teepee package requires a 6 metre expanse.

The overall width of one Teepee, mattress and breakfast trays are approximately 1 metre  wide and 2.2 metres long.

The BFF Teepees are 2 meters high and allow for 1.9 meters  in width and depth. 

If space is an issue we can put the breakfast trays on the ends of the mattresses or at an angle.

You may be required to move some furniture to allow for space for the equipment.

 

 

How long does it take to set up?

It takes approximately 45mins-1 hour to setup and style a standard 5 Teepee package, longer if leasing more equipment.

 

 

What is the recommended Age for a Teepee party?

The recommended age is between the 6-14 years of age. 

 

 

How many children are catered for in your packages?

 Our standard packages can cater for up to and more than 15 guests in a single event.

Our Mega BFF Teepees are for 2 guests and our single Teepees accommodate 1 child.

Sibling Packages can be set up somewhere in the home eg. bedroom. The Sibling Package is very popular to add-on for any Teepee booking, this way everyone can enjoy the fun and excitement of sleeping in their very own Teepee.

Do we need to clean the equipment after use?

It is only required that you hygienically clean any trays and cups that were used during your party for ease of pack down and transport. 

A sanatised, allergy free washing liquid for all bedding and Teepees is used after every party along with a steam cleaner to hygienically clean all accessories ready for the next event.

Hygiene is of the utmost importance to us and we take it very seriously.

What is your Deposit and Cancellation policy?

Book your event early to avoid disappointment.

A $100 deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining fee is to be paid the week before.

Sometimes the need to cancel may arise, therefore 7 days notice is required otherwise you unfortunately forfeit your deposit.

If you need to adjust or modify the number of guests that are attending your party a minimum of 48 hours notice is required otherwise the full fee is non refundable.

You will be required to sign the equipment rental agreement form on the day of your party.

How do I pay for the packages?

Packages can be paid via direct bank deposit, although cash is also an option on the day of the event once rental agreement has been signed.

 

 

Are any products available for purchase to keep?

Yes, please ask about some of our chosen products and accessories which are available for you to purchase. Lovely to keep as a special memento.

 

 

Is Teepee Whispers insured?

Yes absolutely. Rest assured knowing that our Teepees and products are very safe. Our hire equipment is fully insured for public liability and product insurance.

 

 

What additional policies and terms should I be aware of?

Once your booking has been confirmed and your deposit has been paid we will contact you closer to your event to go over the finer details of delivery and final payment.   We will also give you the Equipment Rental Agreement to go over and sign on the day of your event.  Signing the agreement is a requirement for leasing all equipment.
